Admission Procedure

1. Getting invitation letter

To come to Ukraine on a study purpose foreign citizen needs to obtain visa «D».

To obtain the invitation student need to submit the following documents:

  1. Copy (scan-copy) of valid national passport;
  2. Copy (scan-copy) of secondary school certificate;
  3. Copy (scan-copy) of transcript to the secondary school certificate.

The invitations are issued for six months. During this time candidate needs to submit documents for visa «D».

2. Visa obtaining

Applicants for student visa «D»

have to submit the following documents:

  1. valid national passport;
  2. invitation (original)
  3. secondary school certificate and transcript to it;
  4. medical certificate;
  5. Other documents required by the Embassy of Ukraine.

Long-term visas (Type D) are issued to foreigners for entry to Ukraine with the intention to obtain a document allowing stay or residency in Ukraine for a period exceeding 90 days.

3. At Arrival

After obtaining the Visa (D)

  1. student has to send copy of the plane ticket and visa for us to send notification to the airport for guaranteed airport clearance and Entry to Ukraine.
  2. Prior to arrival we Arrange accommondation at the university Hostel (Right after you provide us with flight details.
  3. Student is picked up from the international Airport in Ukraine and in convenient conditions will be transferred to prearranged universty Hostel accommodation.

Admission to the University

For admission to a higher educational institution a foreign citizen submits the following documents:

  1. valid national passport.
  2. Invitation.
  3. Secondary school certificate and transcript to it.
  4. medical certificate.
  5. Trasnslation
  6. photo 3,5×4,5 – 16 pictures.

Secondary school certificate and transcript to it should be legalized in accordance with the law.

For enrolling to a higher educational institution in Ukraine foreign citizen passes exams in Ukrainian (Russian) or English and in relevant disciplines depending on the chosen specialty.

If the exams are successfully passed foreign citizen pays the tuition fee to the bank account of the University for 1 academic semester (or for 1 academic year) and then he/she is enrolled to the higher educational institution.

After admission to the University, foreign student receives residence card for temporary residence in Ukraine and registration of the place of residence. Moreover he is also provided with a medical insurance policy.
